Parking Break Creak/Squeal

Hey guys just got my car back a few weeks ago from an service where I had the B service done along with the transmission fluid change and brake fluid change.

Ever since I got the car back I have noticed that wherever I engage the parking brake i here some creaking as it is engaging. When I put my car in park engage the parking brake and then lift my foot off the brake on an incline it makes an even louder creak/squeal and shifts a very short distance forward. Is this something I should be concerned about? Could they have damaged something during the service? I also had my rear wheel refinished at that time. It makes my car sound like a hunk of junk.

Oh also i noticed they only changed 6qts on the transmission service I guess that is another issue i need to bring up.

My parking brake has always had a "groan" to it when engaged and the cars weight settles onto it. I asked the dealer about it a couple times and it seems it may be characteristic of the car. Maybe not as I know they have a tendency of saying everything is normal but it hasn't been an issue over 5 years.
