Best DRL Fog Light Conversion Installer in Los Angeles?

I have an 2008 with almost everything done to it.

Really want the DRL Fog Light conversion but I think I will mess up if I try to DIY.

Anybody in LA that can recommend someone that did this project and did a very clean job for the fairest price?
