W204 09 C300 Starts and shuts off immediately. Help needed.
Hey Guys,
Yesterday morning I started my car and saw the CEL on, but didn't have a chance to scan it since a couple hours later it turned off itself.
The car drove perfect and I never noticed any issues with it, this morning the car did not want to run. It cranks, everything works great, it cranks as usual and when the engine turns ON, it shuts off immediately. I'm not sure what's up with it, since the car does turn on.
I will post a video so you can see what I'm saying
Gas is almost at 1/4...
Any ideas?

Cranks, turns on and in less than 1 second it turns off. But you can really tell for the noise the engine makes that the car was ON.
A few seconds later, I started recording this video and guess what?
The car started and kept on... While recording the video....
So right now this thread should have no further discussion, lets see how it goes from now on.

2011 C300
A few years ago I had a VW Jetta and one day I went out to start it and it basically did the same thing. I called the dealership and explained what was happening. They asked if I had the second key, which I did, and I tried it. Car started right up. Turns out the key I was initially using "lost it's programming".
