Angry MBrace Customer Service Sucks!

My complimentary MBrace service was due to expire 7/28/13, so I called to cancel the service on 7/23/13. I agreed to keep the service for one more month to 8/28 for a one time fee of $20 on my debit card. But on 7/31 I noted a charge of $389.70 on my debit card- for 18 mos service I did not ask for. I immediately called MBrace to cancel and get a refund of the unauthorized charge. Nine days later I still don't have a refund and was told it would take 20 days to 'process' the refund to my bank. Strange; if you charge something it shows up the same day. VERY poor service in my opinion.

Call your bank and see if they will reverse the charge. If not get your debit card number changed because they will keep billing your card no matter what they tell you.

Thanks, I've called the bank and that's not a quick resolution either. I got a call from MBrace today. The 'person' reiterated they could not expedite a refund. I was wrong about the '20 days' it takes for a refund- it's actually 20 business days. That works out to be 4 weeks! Ridiculous!

And you really cannot connect on Internet through your phone data ?
