C200 CGI Japanese version
Bumper Antenna

Hello!
I have this Mercedes C200 CGI Japanese model. As I have drawn with an arrow there is this front antenna with a blue led on top of it on the front bumper. Previously this used to come out and go in on it's own but suddenly it has stopped doing so. Now if anyone can please tell me what this antenna is called and what is it used for and has anyone done a DIY replacement of it?

thank you!

And also could anyone tell me where the horn is on this model and does anyone have any idea how to replace it since my car's horn has stopped working.
Thank you again.

They're used to hold flags I believe. I see them on diplomatic benz's here in china with flags of the foreign embassies

I also believe its a visual distance marker for the driver who's not used to driving left handled vehicles. I've only seen those on left handled vehicles.

I am not sure about the flags thing since this used to open on it's own with a blue light in it; and the car is right hand drive :-S
