Navigation & Phone call volume low- but music & blue tooth audio is fine??

Hey guys, so I just picked up a 2012 c250 - has Harmon kardon & voice navigation etc...

Here is my issue- when the navigation lady talks volume is very low & when I recieve phone call w blue tooth I can barley hear the caller talking- however I have the volume up high and listening to blue tooth music on high volume and its fine- don't know why when getting call + when navigation gives instructions its so low???

Is there a way to turn up the navigation volume and incoming call volume? Thought those were controlled normally by the volume buttons?
Any ideas?

Try adjusting the nav volume when it is speaking. Should be the same for the phone, but I'm not sure.

You have to turn up the volume for each thing separately. When the NAV lady talks, QUICK, turn her up (while she is still blabbering on). You'll be fine after that.

Yup thats what it was, i like driving with the Windows down & seems her voice comes from the drivers side speaker only so its so hard to hear specially with windows down..oh well, i'm over it, pretty much got used to turning up Thanks
