Just need to know there is any different between the "Mercedes wheel lock" and "McGard Wheel Locks Bolts" because the price of Mercedes lock is $80 and McGard $30.
which one should i buy?

No they are not the same thing, we have loosened all kinds of wheel locks for people who lost their key and the toughest of them all is without a doubt the OE Mercedes ones, there is a reason why they are expensive.
