clunking noise at 20-30mph

I hear clunck noise coming from the front when i drive around 20-30mph. I took my car in for alignment and I was told that my front left camber bolt is maxed out and the alignment is still out at -1.8degrees. Right hand side and rear are all within spec. They installed 4 camber adjustment bolts (fluted), 2 each on both left and right side to try and remedy the issue but could only bring it down to -1.5degrees with camber maxed out.

As I was reading through some of the previous threads i understand that the clunk may be coming from sway bar end links or front lower control arms. I need some advise on whether replacing these would also bring alignment into place or these are separate issues?

Also should i just replace the front left control arm or replace both left and right at the same time. Thanks in advance
