Supercharger Kit?
I'm dying for more power for my C300 350-400 hp. I think the best option would be a supercharger. If we got enough interest maybe someone like weistec, kleemann, renntech... may consider making a supercharger kit. What are y'alls thoughts?
If you're thinking trade up for a c63. I can't.

Those companies aren't making anything special for our cars. Headers were made for the C350, but not C300. The most you will get out of it is a ECU tune. I also hope they make something, but it seems benz's don't get the love that beemers do.
P.S If you can't trade up to a C63, what about a C350? At least with a C350 you have some options.

With many cars, the cost of development vs how many potential customers is not worth it for companies to try and develop a product.
it may seem to you that everyone you know with a c300 would love to get a supercharger, but that is still not enough to cover the cost of R&D and make money on top of that.
Look at the N/A S550 for example, or E550 there isnt anything other than a tune available. I cant even get a set of headers for my car, not to mention forced induction.
Thats because people that drive these cars dont really care to do that much aftermarket. So even if someone does develop a kit, its not going to sell much. Although it may seem to you otherwise when talking about a C300, the ratio is still not worth it.
Sorry.

There would be a higher chance of a kit being available for the M276 engine in facelift Cs. The engine is based off the Pentastar V6 which is in pretty much every Chrysler vehicle.
