Can you remove center caps without taking wheel off?

Get some duck tape, press it firmly on the cap and go over every part with your fingernail so that it's got maximum contact with the cap. Make sure the strip of duck tape is long enough to leave enough excess on both sides so you can use it to pull. Once the tape is firmly on there, give it a yank.

Just be careful you don't accidentally pull off just the chrome star part or break the clip as the caps are two piece if using that method.
