Considering purchase of 2011 C250

I am a bit confused about the engine. The dealer is too. They say it is a 4 cyl in some of their stuff and a V6 in the rest. I gather the C250 was a 4 cyl car in the US in 2011 but when you open the hood, the engine cover has a big V6 emblem so it seems that maybe Canadian cars had a V6 in the C250. Does that make sense?
If it is a V6, does anyone know whether it would be the 90 degree or the 60 degree block? I have learned the hard way that a V6 is not a naturally balanced engine without mechanical devices that offset its wiggles. I say that because I my SLK has a balance shaft to deal with that and MB screwed up the metal they used in the sprocket on the end of that shaft and the repair involves removing the engine from the car. It is disappointing that MB doesn't cover the problem when they screw up, but I guess any other car manufacturer would do the same although at less cost.
Anyway, I post the link to the car I am looking at because I would like to know that it doesn't have known problems like the one in my SLK.
Cheers.
