Maintenance tips?

Hey guys, I have used '08 C300 that I purchased a little under 3 months ago.

When I got it from the dealer it looked clean, new, flawless.. now all of a sudden it feels like what ever detailing they did is wearing off. Either that or now that I drive it so often I am noticing things I didn't before.

But anyway is there any tips on maintaining the interior/exterior of the vehicle?

Concerns include..

- Leather seats. They are starting to look like can 80 year old smokers skin. Beginning to crackle and tighten.. I have seen this in many old BMW 328's. Is there anything I can apply to the seats to reverse or slow down the aging?

- The chrome strip that goes around the side windows/doors. It looks like there are tiny smudges almost like it is rusting all over the strips. Is that rust? I'm guessing there isn't much I can do there?

- The part of the door that you grab.. It appears to be some sort of rubber that's made to look like the hard black part that the dash is made of... it's starting to look pale'r/white'r-ish. It's a surface with little rumples on it and in-between the rumples are lines and the lines and the rumples are contrasting in the color which makes it stand out and look a little more used worn out.
