Where to wire this to?

I want to wire this to the center console. Drives me nuts there is not 12V there along with Ipod adapter. Where is the best place to wire this to?

you need 2 more? there are already 2 in the front of the car and one in the back :p
but as said, use the cigarette outlet as power source

The idea is to have one hidden away to use for my cell phone charger. I work in an area where your windows are smashed for 10 cents. A cable, charger or anything else can be seen valuable enough to a crack head to smash the window. Most cars today have them on the center console and everything can be hidden away.
