The dreaded winter wheel switch

With winter's arrival here in Michigan came the dreaded wheel switch from 19s back to 17s w/ Blizzaks. Quick question I never thought much about until today: should I still follow the tire pressure recommendation of 30psi front, 35psi rear? I'm not sure if this only applies to the OEM All Season tires or if its a universal setting. What do you guys think?

I would maintain the original offset pressures to ensure continued oversteer.
