suspension noise under braking

hi guys,
recently i've discovered a creaking/thumping noise while going over bumps under braking. No noise when no brakes applied, but a thumping/creak when brakes are applied while going over a bump. Anyone else have experienced this on their cars before I take it into the shop? car is a 2012 C200 cgi with 25k kms

too soon for control arms to go bad, but take of wheel and wiggle it, may be a loose exhaust bracket.

wiggled it and was solid, no play. I haven't checked the exhaust bracket yet. I did bottom out fairly hard over a speed bump a month ago, but I looked under and didn't see anything wrong.
