W203 C180K
Question C220CDI or C200K

Hello, I need some suggestion about two w204 cars Avantgarde C220Cdi and C200K . I cannot choose which one will be better to buy?

i've got w203 c180k 2002 year .I love how Kompressor makes 1.8motor stronger. Also i know what CDI has more torque and is faster . So i cannot decide which one to buy 220CDI or 200K?

i searched many forum topics but some say CDI some say Kompressor . So maybe you can help me giving some differences between this two cars.

i drive 25k km in 1.5 Year.

I love my C220 CDI for its torque and power but I hate the diesel clatter at idle and around town. My car has 212 bhp and 375 ft lbs of torque so its pretty strong, but I still hanker after a petrol motor. Get a car with the new CGI turbo motor - plenty of scope to increase the power of that.

I have had a diesel car now for over 20 years & would not consider anything else because of its lazy, unfussed low down torque, more than sufficient power & how it complements the auto transmission with relaxed driving.

The diesel engine is very quiet on the open road, hardly discernable & the slight clatter at lower speeds is part of the pleasure of owning a diesel.

We have not mentioned the 30% fuel saving or the simplified maintenance. ie oil & filters , oil & filters .

Good luck with which ever you buy but make sure you take each for a good long test run in all conditions to make sure of your choice.

Carsy, i Choose CDI 220 , maybe because of fuel consumption and also as i saw on MOBILE.DE CDI models are may of them with low price , So i prefer As price is low on them and also less fuel needs than 2.0K.
Also i LOVE Torque and CDI Torque is powerful
Thank you all for suggestion .
