2011 C180 Coupé (prev '99 CLK200)
Remove the fakra plastic adapter (by removing the clip and pushing metal round) and insert only metal round connector into the free hole of the 2 green connector (between brown and green one)
In the command engineering menu use "SRVC" (first entry of rear camera type) and it worked on my car after shutting command down and restarting.
