Completed my '09 C300 4matic Upgrade!!!

Let me know what you guys think!! I think I'm set with mods, but I'm open to any suggestions (as long as they aren't to add AMG or C63 decals) lol.

I knew that was going to be asked. Without dropping I can only fit 2 fingers between the tire and fender. Just don't see the necessity. You really think it would look that much better?

Rep. An OEM front bumper won't fit on a C300. It's too wide.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it looks classy with the OEM sport ride height. While I'm all for improving the look and handling with COILOVERS( not cut springs), I myself can't justify spending money on making it look like my wheels are inside my fenders.

What I mean to say is, I personally like the current ride height on my C300 sport and would only consider purchasing coilovers for performance purposes, with maybe minimal lowering.

I feel you have great taste and the car has been beautifully modified so far. Just my two cents, others might think it looks better scraping off driveways (I'm just messing around).

Thanks lol. I put coilovers on my m3 because it was a sport car. This is my DD - it might look like a C63, but it's not lol. I'm perfectly happy with my AWD 26mpg car with stock suspension.

Plus - the front bumper was JUST put on and the last thing I wanna do is scrape up the bottom.

Wheel gap should not be allowed if you have aftermarket wheels. It just looks funny. H&R SS would fix you right up!

Where'd you get those wheels? Did that one vendor finally get those wheels in stock?

I also think you need a drop. At least H&R sports if anything.

Sonic Tuning. Went 19x9 all around since the 19x8 fronts won't be in stock for another 2 months. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience and it actually is fine on the front - stretch is barely noticeable on 235/35/19. The offset was +54 all around though, so I added 10mm spacers all around and it's perfect.

As far as springs - I have a 4matic and I heard it's different lowering them as opposed to regular cars. Is this true? Will my ride quality suffer?

No worries - to each their own. I couldn't be happier with it. My OEM one was beat up and because I moved from NJ to NC I no longer needed a front license plate. Unfortunately, it had nasty holes where it once held the holder, not to mention rock chips and paint flakes. And there was a dent where my front bumper met a possum one late night many months ago. My car was mint except for the front bumper, so it just made sense.

Great looking one! Thanks to you I got some ideas what I want to do for my car.

Which philips diamond fogs light set you got? I have OEM bi-xenon headlights on my '08 C350 like yours too.

Where are the wheels from? I've been looking around for a decently priced pair of these for so long!
