The Audio 20 display has (mostly) stopped responding. It's essentially "stuck" in AUX/Disc display mode. Strangely, I can use the navigation knob to move between the 3 tabs (AUX, Volume, Sound), but pressing the knob down has no effect, nor do the Radio, Sys, etc. buttons on the device itself.

Is there a button-combination to reset the unit? Or is that handled by the reset setting on the multifunction display behind the steering wheel?

I have w207.. Navigation 20 is freezed. And also I can't use aux mode bcuz of the same problem. Before I was reseting itself sometimes once per week but It took only couple of second but now totaly its gone. We tried to update the navigation version but no result. Also we remove the car battery etc.. did not help. Now I am thinking to go to dealer.... Navigation (audio) 20 is sucks.
