HRE wheels typically go well with high end cars. It depends on the color and style of the wheel and if it goes smooth with the car's shape and color. I'm not against aftermarket rims, just as long as they complement the car instead of making it look like it was a prop car from Fast & Furious (that just looks a little silly on a benz and I'm sure most of you agree)
I learned today that many of you also support "bagging" your benz. Everything understood

Personnally I like black luxury cars, be it MB BMW Audi Porsche on silver rims with 5% tinted windows. I like chrome and polished billets on SUVs and trucks and cadillacs and lincolns. My taste in vehicles covers a wide range, from a fully loaded S65 amg on HREs to a bagged 61 impala droptop on 20" intro billets to a 86 caprice on 26s or 28s

Yea everyone has his own taste. Nothing comes close to the German cars for me. I started with an E36 m3, then bought a Porsche and the C300 being my newest baby. I like to stick to OEM. I just feel like I'm stealing the cars soul if I put aftermarket bling on it. I do remember hooking up my first car which was a Honda when I was 16. And I like to work on my cars so it's definitely fun.

I cant leave well enough alone. I dont currently have a MB, however my S10 needed a new transmission, and as luck would have it my suburban is getting a LSX and 4L80e combo, so........ I dropped the 350 and 4L60e in my dime, and bagged it to fix the bad tranny lol. Also gotta static dropped C10 im also putting a ls in. And I wanna W124 with a lsx for the fun car

Didn't know 20s is old. And lol what are forums good for if there's no conflicting view points of it's members? A forum with everyone having the same opinions and beliefs would be crossing on being a cult. I don't think we want that. I'm not forcing anyone my view. Just a friendly discussion.

Im almost 33 and still act like a kid when it comes to vehicles. Im totally in love with outrageous amounts of horsepower in small cars, and to me theres nothing better then a screaming growling snorting angry sadistic V-8! It makes me giddy and sometimes mess myself! But that doesnt mean I like seei g 24s on MBs and BMWs. Leave those for SUVs please

Hey EuroJDMBenzo, I dunno if its the angle of the pic but it seems your passenger side exhaust tips are facing downward while your driver side is straighter.

Only reason why I went with gold is because its a little difference than the usual polish/machined faced Ordens out there.

As far as negativity/opinion goes, people can have them. I've had negative comments along with the positive ones going through all the wheel set ups I've had on my car.

So you're saying 3-piece Forged wheels are rice, but monoblock cast wheels are not? Don't get me wrong, I know it's just an opinion, but the fact is that 3-piece forged wheels has been a staple of the Euro tuning scene for a very long time. It was brands like Mercedes that made them popular back in the day (i.e. OZ Racing Aero I AMG wheels). The Honda scene just follow whatever trend is popular. It just so happens that the 3-piece forged wheels and stance trend is popular, so you'll see a lot of Hondas on that bandwagon. Remember back in the day when shogun body kits were in, how many Hondas did you see with those style kits? Or when turbochargers were in, how many Hondas with turbochargers did you see after that?
