Help! No power to Audio 20/HeadUnit

Help! No power to Audio 20/HeadUnit
After jump starting my car, I turned off the power to the HeadUnit and then my Audio 20 never came back to life after that. When I push the On button I get no power or sound. My display screen won't turn on and the phone/voice command or any of those features aren't working either. When I check it through the instrument cluster , it just says AUDIO_ _ _ _.
I have tried holding down the button for a few seconds and nothing happens. I've checked any applicable fuses in the trunk and in the engine bay and they are all okay. I did some research and read some where about how to do a hard reset the Audio 20 but the person did not post instructions on how to do it.
I want to try doing this before taking anything apart and checking the fuse on the actual head Unit or taking it into Mercedes (Nearest one is 2 hours away)
If anyone has experienced this issue and has fixed it, PLEASE let me know. I'm going crazy driving around with no music. Also if you have any ideas or input on what I can try, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I took out the Head unit, the fuse in it was blown. Just had to replace the 10a fuse and it started right up! Just a bit of a pain to take out and put back together. Hopefully this helps anyone out that will have the same issue at one point or another.

How did you remove the vent? Is there a way to open the lid manually, I might just try shimming it until its open enough...
