Call your credit card and dispute the charge on the grounds the item was broken upon arrival, and the seller's refusal to replace the unit, and instead suggesting you should buy another. Visa, Mastercard, and even banks you have a checking account with (if you used a Debit card) should take care of it for you behind the scenes after the first phone call. If you used paypal, I do not know your recourse option.
Regarding the grill: I reccomend a C63 aftermarket grill. IMO the look is more up to date, and the standard sport grill to me obviously indicates an older generation. A pic of mine is attached:
