Advice requested

I am ok the market for a c300 sport 6 mt. I have found one that seems like a decent prospect, but has quite a few service records. I am unsure how to perceive this, as whether it's a sign of a lot of the links have already been figured out or is it a sign of a problem car/lemon.

The vehicle is a 2008 with 60k miles with the following services performed.

15k steering column repaired

25k stein column repaired

25k drive belts replaced, trunk adjusted

27k drive belt and/or tensioner replaced

37k front seat cushion replaced, seat upholstery repaired, seat cover replaced

47k camshaft seal replaced

Should I be worried? My wife's 08 ML350 has been a breeze so far
