I have a RADO downpipe off my C250 that I'm selling because my lease is up. It's 3 months old and I'm looking to get $500 for it. If you're interested email me at sherwin.dastranj@gmail.com or text (949)307-2231

2012C250 : do you have this exhaust ? which one do you prefer the single AMG tip or the round split?
Knightmare69 : i am also looking for eisenmanm sport exhaust since i hear that is a good exhaust
Sherwin : You only sell the downpipe? i must also find the rear muffler section and the middle pipe right?
The eissenmanm has quat tips right? Rado has one tip and meisterchaft one again?

Eisenmann makes a version for either single side exhaust output or dual sides. Also, there's not much of a point to getting Titanium tips as they don't make any difference unless you're talking about those tips that look blueish or whatever, in that case you can get those off Ebay.
You can fit the RADO DP to your exhaust and it will make a performance difference.

My Eisenmann came as only the axle-back portion, I'm not sure if the dual outlet version is the same. Your best best is to email Eisenmann or one of their dealers to confirm. If it is only the axleback portion then yes, you can install it with your stock midpipe. If I don't think my race version is loud then I suspect the sport version is even more quiet.

There's a Youtube vid floating around of supposedly a c250 with C63 muffler and it seems to sound ok, a member of my local club has C63 mufflers on his C200 and I can tell you it is not loud at all. But you'd be hard pressed to find a decently priced used set of C63 mufflers in most places.
Alex- Email Roy at Roy@Ca-int.co.uk, thats who I talked to at Eisenmann, he's pretty good at getting back to people.

Eisenmann, and Meisterschaft as previously mentioned, but Akrapovic needs to be part of this conversation as well.

In my case it's what I did and chose a SuperSprint system, couldn't be happier with the results, delivered exactly as per manufacturers literature.
They have systems to suit most vehicle types right down to individual variants and with different type engine fitments.
The one thing (amongst many other positives) I especially love about mine as you've pointed out is that its actually silenced or toned down the exhaust note and sounds much better than before even though its gone from a single to a twin system - exactly what I was wanting

If your wanting to keep the car long term and prepared to pay and get a 'proper' good exhaust system replacement then just consider the better/higher end systems which have been specifically designed, tested and made for the vehicle, some have already been mentioned above.

You won't find a diffuser for the single side exhaust, I've done an extensive search as I didn't want to change to a dual exhaust just for the diffuser. Your option besides custom fabricating one is to get a real lip with a diffuser built in. I got the carlsson one, it's a 2 piece rear lip that has a diffuser. Truthfully though it doesn't do anything. If I can find a cheap enough diffuser made of PP material I may cut it up and mold it into a single side exhaust diffuser.
