Thudding/Popping sound coming from front end, is it suspension?

Thudding/Popping sound coming from front end, is it suspension?
Ok so just the other day while driving my car starting to make this thudding/popping sound whenever I brake or let off the gas and coast. I didn't hit any pot holes or anything of the matter so I didn't cause it so to speak. I took it to mercedes thinking that they would have the fix for me but after the mechanic put it up on the lift and dug around he said he couldnt find the problem
, everything appears to working fine he said, no signs of damage and everything looked mechanically sound. Has anyone had any issues like this before?, the sound almost seems like its happening upon rotation of the wheel or something like that. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?, help is much appreciated

2013 C250 Sport and 2015 Acura TLX 2.4 Tech
I had that on my 2013 C250. The dealer checked it o a test drive w/sound gear attached. They replaced both front struts and rear brakes, rotors and parking brake pads under warranty. It's been great ever since.
