DST Adjustment
Folks, i have 2012 C300 with COMAND and NAV (P1, Multimedia). Yesterday i got an email from the dealer that i bought my car from and the email said they can reset the clock for free for upcoming DST. I thought the car would either automatically switch and if not then from the settings it would straight forward to just update it. why is dealership email me about doing a reset? is this something complicated to do? can someone share the steps on what is involved to adjust the time?

They just want you to go there and entice you to look at the new cars and maybe persuade you to get a newer one. You are correct, a person who had read the car's manual or has a logical thinking and can follow simple instructions would be able to update the time by himself.
