Satellite gone?

Satellite gone?
I just picked up my car from a overnight valet and I think they ran the battery down and jump started it since al the options for my phone have been reset etc.
Now sat radio does not even show up as an option.
Yes I do have the module in the car.
Any ideas? I could not find an answer when searching.

Hmm you sure they gave you the same car and not someone else's 
On a more serious note, it does sound like there was power loss, which could cause the settings to reset but I believe it would have to be for an extended period of time. Also, depending on how they jumped it, they might've fried your sat module. That's the only plausible outcome I can think of.
