Just installed the iPod integration kit and I'm having a problem. Head unit recognized it and it works and sounds fine except....... Start going through the menu and find what I want to listen to, hit and hold the OK button and Ker Blam-O! It locks up. Only way to get it going again is to unplug it and start over. Once playing an album, I can scroll through the songs but if I go through the menue and try to change albums....... Took it to the dealer and they started telling me that it was my iPod. The Tech had his iPhone in there and everything was working fine for a while then….Ker Blam-O! Locks up. Frankly, that made me feel better. So now they want to do a software update which they say will take up to 2 hours because once you start it, it does the whole car. They also want me to make sure my iPod has all the latest updates. It was a Christmas gift. It is a 160GB and only a few months old. I had the same thing on my ’07 before I traded it in. It worked great and I loved it.

Anyone else have a similar problem?
