Media Interface No longer working
I'm not sure when it started failing since I have not used it for a while but I cannot hear anything when I plug in an audio source through the 3.5mm input. I have MM package. It was working when I first got the car last year (used). The only thing I can think of that changed was I had my command firmware updated around Oct-Nov 2013. I wonder if the updated broke the feature. I tested the cable with an ohm meter and all 3 pins for the audio goes all the way up to other end of the connector.
I'm thinking it's something to do with the update but just wondering if anyone had similar issue before I take it to the dealer and they charge me and arm and a leg to fix it.
