Part # for 2012+ steering wheel airbag
Any one know what the part number is for a w204 2012 steering wheel airbag?
This is the one I bought off ebay and it said compatible with w204. I've seen a few on ebay but the back looks different.
Most of the ones I've seen look like this

You also need to know the color, and whether it is a bag for a 4 spoke or a 3 spoke wheel.
The top post above looks suspiciously like a 4 spoke bag to me.

I didn't realize there was a difference between a 4 spoke and 3 spoke airbag. I assumed they were all the same but I thought I might be getting an airbag not for a w204. Thanks again.

Sorry- I misunderstood what you were asking at first. Different colors have different part numbers.
Here is an example of the 3 spoke wheel on the sport model and its associated airbag -
And the 4 spoke with its bag
Looks like you got sent a bag for a 4 spoke wheel... the difference is subtle.

You're right! I can see the bottom is wider on a 4 spoke vs 3 spoke. Very subtle indeed. Thank you. I will return it.

Nah, as of right now, I am focusing on exterior modifications more than interior modifications. The only thing I have done interior wise has been 8000k LEDs for every halogen bulb in the car.

Yes those are definitely nicer. I saw some covers on ebay a few weeks ago and thought about it since I got a good deal on the air bag. But the leather wouldn't have matched my dash so I skipped the idea.

I guess I got what I paid for. Seller didn't mention the broken clips on the connector. Anyone know where I can get one of these connectors? At the same time, I've processed a return with the seller.
