I bought a CRP123 for my 2011 C300. Last month.
And for a week I kept going back and forth with there tech line. That it would not clear the srs codes of my benz.. Then they finally admitted that they'er software would not work with 2011+ benz..
SO after registering it and setting it all up. I cant return it to the dealer I bought it from because like most software based products, its been used..
I asked the tech if I could upgrade it to something that would work on my car. They said, sorry all our products are based off the same software...
So Im screwed..
I did do my research on the product before buying it, but I guess I didnt do enough..
Just a heads up..
