Media Interface - Can I get USB?
Hi guys,
I own a 2008 C350 AMG and love the car. The radio has GPS, Bluetooth, DVD etc. I also have the PCMCIA card slot and a Aux in the glove box.
I did see this (Scroll a bit down):

So can I just change my Aux cable to a USB cable? Will this work? I see they do sell these on ebay:

Will this work? Prob I have with the Aux is I can't skip songs and it's really annoying
So first price is to get USB in. If I can't I did see you can get these PCMCIA to SD:

So that would be my section option.

aaahhhhh sweet. Why the hell install a Aux and not a USB lol... I have the car for about 6 months now and didn't know I can do this 
This will be such a nice feature lol. I hate CD's Now I can load 6 DVD's and get the tool so that my dvd doesn't turn off when I drive

I would try it anyway. Mercedes told me I needed to bring my car in to put in a new cable for my Ipod interface that it couldn't be done elsewhere. I ordered it from Ebay and it took about 20 minutes to do it myself.

Ok so by Media interface, I thought this is just to say that you can play from a DVD or you have the aux input. But seems I am wrong. It means you have a connector type in your glove box that goes to either aux/usb/ipod. This is what I found:
So I don't have that. I just have a mounted 3.5mm Aux cable in the glove box. I can't remove this or anything.
I was hoping I can remove that cable and get a usb cable that plugs in where the aux cable plugs in but Mercedes said it doesn't work like that.
