White on White

Hello everyone,

I haven't been on here in a while but I decided to try something new and wanted to see what you thought! This is for anyone out there who might be interested in the same thing but worried about how it might look. Prior to this I had black on but this actually looks clean IMO. Enjoy!

I like it a lot. I had a 2013 C300 White with some Mandrus Wheels I did in white. It is a very clean look.

I like the look too. When they powdercoat it, don't they coat the entire rim? from the pics it looks like just the 'face' of the rim is white.

I ordered my wheels in black then taped off the face and painted them white. So the face was white and back of the wheel was black to help with keeping them clean.

I like it too, but it looks like it's tough to keep clean.

Thanks guys!

Drazil, the whole wheel is white, hard to tell from the pictures as it's from my Phone but it's not powder coated yet. I wanted to see the outcome with Plasti-Dip first before I decided on a more permanent method due to my area being more on the pricey side for powder coating.

Also, they are a PITA to keep clean, especially with the stock brake pads, really thinking about changing it to ceramic

I really like the look too. I think I would like to have an off white which matched the Artic White of the car. I know that plastidip is a bit limited on colors, when you powder coat, there will be more choices if you like. I am going to order a white caliper paint kit from Amazon this week. don't know if white calipers and white wheels will be too much though?

I think that's too much white... I'd go with black or red calipers... I hate the brake dust too... at least with black rims you can't tell heh.

Could be, Heck I don't know. I just can't bring myself to get on the Black wheel wagon. I have seen Plastidip in a grey color with the glossifier which I thought looked ok. Maybe that with the white calipers? I've seen a few blacked ("Murdered") out Benz in my area, and truthfully, I don't like it at all. Looks cheap.
