Yes, they should be the same bolt pattern and offset should be acceptable. But as W176 is FWD I'm not sure if they made the fronts wider, if that's the case you would need to run the front wheels on the rear of your W204.

The drilling of the rim is 5x112, my problem and have methodological OFFSET to touche in shock. I think the rims of the W204 has the same width as well as the w176.
I think the W204 has no offset 35 ...

w204 has no +35 offset stock but I'm running +33 front and +35 rear with the use of H&R spacers. If you want lower offset with the W176 wheels just get decent spacers and hardware.
