I did a search but can't find a recent thread on this but a few weeks ago my 2012 C350 now orients the map north. It used to orient the map so that the car was always aiming up and the map would rotate around the car as necessary. Now if I'm heading south and need to turn right it shows me driving "down" and needing to turn "left". Yes, I realize that it is indeed a right but I miss the direction always appearing that I'm driving straight. I swear I tried every menu option but don't see how to change this back. What am I missing?

There's definitely a setting for this. Not in my car to tell you exactly where it is but it's there.

EDIT: Just checked the COMAND manual and it's on page 104. The setting is in Navi > Map Settings > Map Orientation

My menus after pressing the Command button when in Navi mode is Guide / Traffic / Position / Destination.

I forgot there's a separate manual for COMD so will look it up. But for now I dont think I have the menu that you're referring to.
