Lhd and rhd parts interchangeable

Folks I am a newbie. I am thinking of buying a 2007 rhd c200k in India
If I want to buy parts for this in us which is lhd what are my options
Are the parts interchangeable
Also what is the equivalent model in the us or Europe

Pretty much all the parts are interchangeable EXCEPT parts like the downpipe and some other mechanical items. But mostly interchangeable.

I don't think they have an equivalent to the 1.8 supercharged 200K in the US. If you are looking to buy parts from the US always search by the part number as that is universal.
