Bad Battery?
Hey guys!
Today I woke up trying to start my car before going to work and it didn't want to start, I grabbed a battery booster hooked it up turned the key and it started right away. Worked my 8 hour shift, come out same problem and solution and same as for at night when I went out to have dinner.
Do you think my battery is bad? and if so is there a battery that you would recommend? some people are saying to only get the one from a dealer, how expensive are they?

Sounds like its just the battery.
It's an easy check if you have a voltmeter. Measure across the terminals with engine off and you be about 12v, with engine running about 14.7 which will confirm your alternator is good.
Interstate batteries are well respected and have a very loyal following. I have also had good luck with Die Hards from Sears. I have an Optima in my Porsche 911, but some folks have had inconstant results with OPtima although mine has been great (approaching 4-5 yrs).

yep sounds like the battery. had the same symptom before kept boosting the car to start and finally got a chance to test out the battery and it was bad. does not hold charge. i went with OEM from my dealer. i have optima yellow top on my other car. i would have went with that but too bad optima does not make battery for benz
