OEM, you don't need anything special. However I am using FUCHS4134 but as I'm the older 722.6 5g tronic it was ok. They reformulated for the 722.9 7g tranny from what I read. As long as you maintain your car regularly you'll be fine.

Your C250 requires the latest specification MB transmission fluid, which is ATF 134 FE (MB Spec. 236.15)
This fluid is specially formulated for vehicles that require reduced friction automatic transmission fluid. All MB models that use the 722.9xx Automatic transmission built after June 21, 2010 require this fluid.
