['11 C300] ESC Inoperative - Limp mode...

As the title suggests, I've been struggling with intermittent issues with ESC.

This generally happens if I mash the gas pedal to the floor in manual mode, not sure if E/S makes a difference.

The text "ESC Inoperable - See owner's manual" appears on the dash, and the car's engine power is cut significantly. Turning the car off and back on resets the message, and power is restored.

I did some searches, and found that some folks are implying there is a connection between tuned cars and this issue. I do have an OE tune. I called the shop that flashed my car, and explained the issue, and they are stating that this is a suspension issue and that I should take my car to the dealer.

Any thoughts on this? Thanks
