W204 rear view camera problem

W204 rear view camera problem
Hello!
I have a video of the problem -
I changed the camera to a hand-held one to see if the NTSC is good. I tried both setting PAL and NTSC, with engine on and off, didnt make any difference. Power to the rear camera was straight from the battery and also tried a fuse. Anyone have some suggestions?

Take the power from fuse 71 in rear with an "add a fuse". For some reason this seems to be a "purer" source of power which the merc likes.

I tried it. Did not have any effect. Also in the vid you can see that im using a hand-held camera, so it has to be the FAKRA-RCA cable or it is the head unit.
I can watch the feed perfectly in Video, i found another thread with the same problem, he got it fixed by buying a NTSC cam but i have a NTSC cam.

Its still the camera beacause its PAL and the handheld one was PAL too. Have to find a good NTSC camera then its all good.
