If you are stock height and plan in staying stock height you will be fine with a 225 and wont rub. If you plan on lowering it go with a 215 just to be safe.

No problem, you probably want to run a 35 instead of a 40 as well
Wouldn't that throw off the size of the entire wheel?

Well, if you are running stock height you probably won't have much issue with standard rolling diameter :-)
