Deciding between rims

Hey guys,
So I've been thinking about rims a lot lately and I finally got around to go check some out but I'm not 100% what works best for my car. So I thought I'd post a poll up on here. They are all going to be 19"

Hard choice for me between #1 and #2.

If you want that stealth look I would go #1, If you want a bit of the luxury look I would go #2

Just out of curiosity, why do Mercedes guys always get monoblock wheels? Why not something 3-piece?

I think it's just a sense of build. Why have three parts that can mess up rather than one?

I'm debating if I get the amg rims to black them out

I've always wondered about this too, lol...

I would go with wheel #2

#2 for me all the way. IT will give you a closer c63 look and as well as will flow very nice with your chrome accents

Because it's stronger and lighter, which is essentially what you want out of a wheel. Plus, if one out of the three part gets messed up, that part can be replaced. Whereas on a monoblock, if it gets messed up, you gotta replace the whole wheel. So, to me, that logic doesn't really make sense either, just saying.

I can see where that makes sense but everyone is different. I just prefer to have it just one peice. Gun example, stamped receiver vs milled receiver; milled receiver have a much better life compared to a stamped one. So to me, it flows into my cars as well.

Hands down #3. Everything else looks cheap and tacky.

#3 just looks like AMG rims. imo, if you are looking to personalise your car so it stands out from the pack, AMG is not the style to go for. You will look like a (pretend) c63

I can help you out with the AMG look. Bought these from my neighbor the other day, couldn't pass up the price. They are take offs from his CLA 45. Of course they are 18"s so your result might be a little different with 19"s.

My grill is already blacked out. And most of my trim is blacked out.

I'm thinking about the AMG ones but soo many people have them already. Kind of debating getting the AMG and then getting them matte black. Or just get #1

The AMG's seem pretty popular with our cars. I voted for #2. That style doesn't seem too common.

I'm all about dark rims so I'd go with #1, plus you have the perfect color for black wheels

I think it depends on what look you are trying to go for. If you want the cleanest OEM look you should go with the AMG. If you want to switch up but keep it classy then # 2 and #1 seems more like a blacked out look
