I bought a Meisterschaft axle back exhaust for my W204 and after waiting for a month I finally received it. Brought it to a certified exhaust shop to get it installed. The first one said that there's a possibility that it doesn't fit on this model or they sent me a wrong one. I contacted Vivid racing where I bought the exhaust from. I was then told it was a "cut and slip" install instead of the "bolt on" install after placing my order though I was told it was a direct slip on. Anyways, I went ahead and brough it to another exhaust shop to have it installed. They measured it and concluded again that the exhaust wasn't meant for the model since it was way off on all the measurements. Basically they will have to modify it to make it fit. I spoke with GTHaus customer service and they made sure that the fitment was correct. I sent them a pic of how the exhaust looks like. Not sure if they are just trying to cover up their mistake or their product is just like that but basically Robert from GThaus just kept on telling me its a really simple install and it should fit right in. I was also told that I cannot return the exhaust since it was made to order though it clearly shows that the exhaust was not meant for my car. In the end, I just went ahead and had them hack the exhaust just to make it fit. I emailed GThaus and told them that I was very dissapointed with the quality of their product. Considering the price I paid for it, it should at least fit the way it should. I will never buy another Meisterschaft product again. GTHaus may be great when there's no issues on your order but when you do, good luck having these guys fix it since they don't want to go through all that trouble because it's "custom made". Not sure if they do know what "custom made" means since mine had fitting issues. On a positive note: the sound was great. No drone sound, quiet on idle and sounds great on take off. It kept the Benzo classy.

Not sure what that bracket was for but it was way off and no purpose at all!

We had to flare the oem pipe to make it fit. We also had to hack the end of the pipe since it was useless.

Installed. Took out main resonator.

Sound Clip: (If you bought the Axle Back, make sure to take out the main resonator or it will drown out the sound.)
