2009 C300 Sport 4Matic
Sport Package?

Hello all, I did a search, but couldn't find the answer. If I missed it I do apologize in advance for creating this thread.

I have a 2009 C300 Sport 4Matic...it's pretty standard as far as Im concerned, although I have heated seats and moon roof (Not certain if that was a package or not) I purchased it CPO a couple of years back.

Im in need to replace the brake rotors and I would like to stick OEM, but on parts.com I found:

Part Number 2044210712 for MERCEDES-BENZ 2009 C300 4MATIC SPORT V6 3.0 L GAS BRAKES / BRAKE COMPONENTS / FRONT BRAKES / ROTOR

ROTOR - C300, C300 4-Matic; w/o Sports Pkg.

So that throws me off..because It says Sport 4Matic...but without sport package. What would the sport package include? How would I know if I have it? Most of my paperwork got misplaced when I moved. The dealer which is about 3 hours away..It's not being very helpful for whatever reason.

I have regular 17 inches wheels (staggered set up)

I also found: Part Number 2044210912

MERCEDES-BENZ 2009 C300 4MATIC SPORT V6 3.0 L GAS
BRAKES / BRAKE COMPONENTS / FRONT BRAKES / ROTOR

ROTOR - C300, C300 4-Matic; w/Sports Pkg.

Price wise is only about 15 bucks difference, but I just wanna make sure I get the right ones...

Then I also see on parts.com some that are listed for sport 4matic WITHOUT sport suspension? wouldnt all the c300 sport have a sort suspension? Im highly confused...

My VIN # is WDDGF81X69R061200 if that helps at all.

Thanks!

if you have AMG floor mats, seats and body kit it means you have the sports pack

It might be that the discs are drilled with the sports pack.

Not in the US. Aside from wheels, anything AMG is reserved for AMG spec cars here.

I think all the sport packaged cars here in the US came with the staggered wheel setup? Also, do you have the grill with a giant Benz emblem, or do you have the traditional hood emblem? A picture would help, seeing your bumper covers. Do the bumpers have a chrome trim? Do you have the three-spoke steering wheel?

I would suggest trying another dealer. The only information you need from them is if your car has the code 952 Sport package. They should be able to tell you that based on the last 7 digits of your VIN.

The sport has the 18 inch AMG rims (at least mine does) so the brakes are a little beafier than the 17 inch rims whihc might be the difference.

I believe the C350 sport has the slightly improved brakes, regardless of rim size.
