do you have more specs? like width and offset? Or did you try checking the E Class forums here? They should have an OEM wheel thread with info.

I believe these are the specs--17 X 8; 38MM OFFSET; 5 SPOKES; 5 LUG; 112MM BP.
they were being used on a clk430 for winter and were made for an e500

On my ipad out and about right now so having trouble uploading screenshots but willtheyfit.com shows that those wheel specs against our stock wheel specs have the fronts on those wheels poking about 15.4mm more and be 2.7mm away from the strut and the rears will poke about 13.7mm but be 26.4mm away from the strut.
I've found other cars on here with more aggressive offsets so those wheels should be fine. But I would definitely test fit them first if possible.
