Are car wash sponges made of polyester safe for your paint?
I went to Autozone to pick up those yellow car wash sponges that are made up of 100% polyester. I just wanted to know if these sponges are safe to use on our car. I have heard that using polyester may lead to swirl marks or scratches on car paint. However almost all carwash sponges are made of polyester so will this be safe on my paint? What type of cloth do you all use to wash your car? Also please share your car wash routine with us. thank you
