Questions, Nav, Navteq DVD update, NTG Software
Hello All
I have 2 C200 Avantgarde MY2013's both have NAV
one is a little earlier in 2013 than the other.
The earlier one, runs Maps version 5.1 2012, the newer one runs V6 2013
I have the DVD from NAVTEQ that came with the car, but there is no license printed on the DVD or on the DVD sleeve, does anyone know where how I would find the key?
The earlier model can not make use of the iPhone5 PAN internet connection, the newer one can?
remember these are supposed to be the same car, the one thing that really stands out is that the ECO light on the first one I bought is in the centre below the time and temperature on the Speedometer, on the newer car its next to the time and temperature
So the questions are as follows, are there any known licence key places to look, i.e. the last 8 digits of the VIN number?
Since the cars are both 2013 models I assume the NTG unit hardware is the same? if so I assume I should be able to get the dealership to upgrade the software?
I have been told that there will also be newer NAV maps coming out later this year.
