2010 Front spring change warranty wtf!

2010 Front spring change warranty wtf!
Has any one had this happen?
This week i bring my 2010 c300 sport in to get some new as3's put on. Service writer calls and says they are repainting the bumper and installing new fog lights. Also they will be changing the front factory springs cause they cannot get the ride height correct for the alignment. I asked if the springs were any taller? No just a different spring rate to stop the car from bottoming out. Ok cool don't change my stance. Now the pos is sitting 2 inches higher in the front. WTF
Now my c300 looks like a Subaru Legacy
