Hello All,
Thinking of buying the steering wheel pictured below
can anybody tell me will this be a straight plug and play ? i have done a bit of searching on the forum and found that the buttons wont light up on the wheel ( not the end of the world to me )
just want to be sure that the paddles will still work and i wont have no warning lights or anything on ?
Thanks in advance - also does anybody know what the wheel pictured has come off ?

Newbie
It depends from the part number of your new wheel.
i bought exactly the same steering wheel before 10 days
i own a w204 c180. As i had read from posts the only problem should be the
button illumination.
So i pluged on my car and nothing worked!!
no buttons no horn no illumination.
So first of all you have to put it on. If nothing works you need steering column of facelift model as you also needs for illumination, and now the 2nd solution
as i do it from another member told me, is to swap the chip and wires of old steering wheel to new,it needs 3-4 hours but you can do it, follow this link:
