C200 Cgi - PiggyBack

Hi Guys.. I have a C200 CGI with Rado Intercooler and Cks down pipe… now I am considering to put a piggyback on the car, but I need some opinions in what will be the best for the price.. In my research I find this company that made the Evox Chiptuning (http://www.alpha-n.de) that will increase a stock car to:
·
Series
Optimized approx
Difference
power kW / PS
135 KW / 184 PS
170 KW / 231 PS
35 KW / 47 PS
torque
270 NM
312 NM
42 NM

Note: The Evox - go on 4 Sensors ... Boost pressure Sensor, Throttle valve switch, Intake Mainfold pressure Sensor, Camshaft position Sensor

But I don’t have any reference compere this manufacture to kleemann or any other.. So I will need you opinions in what will be the best option….

Personally I recommend the Carlsson unit. It is pricey but it gives the highest torque increase by a reasonable amount.

More importantly, it monitors all temps and pressures (has full access to the ECu wiring loom) and will shut down the performance mapping if anything goes outside of safe parameters. To me, that peace of mind is worth every cent

I haven't had a lot to do with it to be honest. It doesn't have full ECU loom access though so I doubt it will be able to monitor all safety parameters. I also don't know if it would turn the tune off if issues cropped up. If you are after peak performance it falls short of the big 3 (kleemann, carlsson and brabus) but it is much cheaper.

I know of people using their power pedal and they love it. I think it is comparable to sprint booster and VR tunes item so it is really up to what brand you want to go with there.

Their AutoFlash intrigues me, I am definitely going to try it when I have the spare funds. Speeding up our gear shift changes and getting rid of the gear engagement delay will probably be the best performance upgrade you could do

I have the TMC, it works fine and is in my opinion the better of the piggybacks out there aside from Kleeman, Brabus, Carlsson. I did alot of research on TMC and they got really good reviews from both the Abarath and Mini Forums. TMC is also one of the few if not only ones that connects to more sensors than other brands. For me this seemed safer and closer to a full "tune" compared to other brands that maybe just connected to 1-2 sensors.
